Go Solar for Dramatically Less

Get An Immediate, Meaningful Reduction in What You Pay for Solar*

Propel Financing through Concert lets many homeowners reduce the amount they need to pay for their solar project by approximately 30%–40% — right from the start — while still ending up owning their system.

This is not a rebate, a teaser interest rate, or a lease.  It is a smarter way to structure solar ownership that delivers real, upfront value.

Why Homeowners Choose Propel

  • 30%–40% immediate reduction in the total cost of your solar project*
  • High-quality products featuring Enphase microinverters, Enphase Gen 4 energy storage, and top-tier solar modules
  • Lower monthly payments because you finance significantly less
  • No dealer fees added to inflate your project price
  • Standard, transparent interest rates
  • Strong system protection for long-term peace of mind
  • Automatic ownership of your solar system after Year 5

How It Works

Propel uses a short transitional ownership period that allows federal clean‑energy incentives to be applied at the project level. Much of that value is passed directly to you upfront, reducing the portion of the project you are responsible for paying.

You benefit immediately — without relying on personal tax credits or waiting years to see savings.  After the initial transition period, your solar system becomes yours automatically.  No renegotiation, surprise balloon payments, or ongoing lease.  Just clean energy, lower costs, and long‑term ownership.

Incentives Can Stack for Combined Savings

Propel financing discount is “stackable” with other rebates.  We currently offer the following rebates.  (Not all customers qualify for all rebates):

Propel – 30% to 40%

CAT Plan Membership – $500 →

PG&E Permanent Battery Rebate – $7,500 →

SMUD My Energy Optimizer Partner+ Discount – Up to $10k →

SGIP RSSE Rebate – Up to $32k (limited opportunities) →

Propel Program Details

Propel is a transitional ownership solar financing program offered in partnership with Concert Finance. It combines a prepaid energy services agreement with a loan to provide early‑year protections and long‑term ownership.

Ownership Timeline

Years 1–5:
The solar system is owned by a third party during the transitional period. This structure allows federal clean‑energy incentives, including domestic content and energy‑community incentives when applicable, to be applied at the project level.

After Year 5:
Ownership of the solar system transfers automatically to the homeowner through an Early Buyout Option that is already built into the payment structure.

System Protections Included

  • Performance Guarantee for 5 years (minimum 85% of estimated production)
  • Operations and Maintenance coverage for 5 years
  • Workmanship warranty for 10 years (California)
  • Roof penetration warranty for 10 years
  • Energy storage monitoring for up to 15 years (if applicable)
  • Solar production monitoring for up to 25 years
