EV Charger Installations | Tesla Recommended Installer

It was great. Nikki and all the support team was great, very polite and professional. On time and great explanation about every step they were taking to install the EV charger. Just awesome, we should like professionals and companies following your customer orientation style. You guys should provide training for other companies on how to make money but at the same time be able to provide a great service and please the customer. Congratulations for the whole team.

We contacted Connected Technology to install our Tesla charger. This included having to replace our electrical panel as well as all the circuit breakers, as our panel was very, very old and had been recalled by the manufacturer (I knew this before I contacted Connected Technology). Prior to this, I had received a quote from another Tesla-approved installer. Connected Technology was several thousand dollars lower than that other quote. Connected Technology took care of arranging for PG&E to come by, as well as getting the city permit. The installers arrived exactly at the time the company arranged with us. The installation, which was complex, was completed in the time frame we expected. They did a GREAT job. I'm very pleased with the work that they did, and would highly recommend them.

We recently purchased an EV and needed to have a charger installed. I did some research on Nextdoor.com, Google and Yelp. I made appointments with three different companies for quotes. Connected Technology was the first appointment. The technicians who came to my home were knowledgeable, respectful and possessed a great sense of humor. I had done my research and knew what I felt would be a reasonable price for the work I wanted done. The quote was below what I expected. Based on my interaction with Connected Technology and the reviews I had spent time reading online, I canceled my other two quote appointments. Connected Technology completed the install a week later. The technician who handled the install was on time, courteous and willing to endure questions from me as he completed the installation. In the end I had a Tesla HPWC and additional 14-50 outlet installed. The installation looks great and equipment functions as expected. I highly recommend this company. From the customer service representatives to the field technicians they are all very friendly and give the impression they actually enjoy the work they're doing and want to provide the best possible customer service they can.
