Our growing team is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in providing excellent support from start to finish.
The Role
As a CRS, you’ll be part of a small but mighty team that manages:
- Emails, inbound/outbound calls, and customer chats
- Scheduling estimates, inspections, and installations
- Dispatching jobs and managing technician schedules
- Setting clear customer expectations and timelines
- Quality control follow-up for the jobs you oversee
This role is central to building trust and keeping our projects running smoothly. You’ll be the voice and heart of our company to many of our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support
- Schedule estimates for EV charger installations, electrical services, and other projects
- Coordinate inspections for completed jobs
- Handle customer questions and provide updates on active projects
- Dispatch jobs effectively, adjusting the schedule when needed
- Respond to customer chats with empathy and urgency
- Ensure quality control on jobs tied to the calls you manage
- Assist with office tasks and follow-ups as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- ServiceTitan experience
- 5+ years of proven CRS or customer service experience
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with urgency
- Genuine care for people and customer experience
Preferred:
- Knowledge of electrical work, EV chargers, solar, or battery backup systems
- Dispatching experience in a contracting/trades environment
