Bill was awesome!! I had an issue with the common wire not being connected and some other stuff. He fit me into his schedule within 20 minutes was at my house and the issue was fixed in 30 min. He was very upfront and was very professional. He even took a look at another electrical issue I was having, not related to the Nest or A/C. I can’t recommend him enough.
Bill did an excellent job of getting our Nest thermostat working properly. He climbed into the attic and attached a common wire to the dual zone system for both our downstairs Nest and upstairs thermostat in case we want to change to a Nest in the future. He also took his time to explain to us the workings of the Nest system. He also helped us get the APP working on our cell phones. He is a very personable and reliable.
