The team was amazing! I had a plan to put in a particular system, but Connected Tech helped me understand why my plan would not work the way I hoped and helped put together a system that is working better than I was even hoping for. I’m the kind of guy that does my homework because I’ve felt let down by vendors who are clueless about their products. But in this case, I got totally expertise and professionalism from the Connected Tech team. Special kudos to Tim & Lance who did the install. Top notch all the way!!!

Customer service is unparalleled. Installed EV charger made by Emporia (AVOID) and when it didn’t work properly, they uninstalled it and replaced it with a Tesla charger. Bill made sure things were done expeditiously, properly and with a focus on making sure we were satisfied with the results. I recommend this company for any services they offer. They’re service technicians are good people who were timely and efficient. The inside staff were very kind and on the ball. Thanks.

Scott and Daniel did great work installing outdoor outlets at my house. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great communication and honest reputable work at a reasonable cost. I plan to use them to install an EV charger as well.

Connected Technology met all the above criterions with exceptional good quality – one of the conduits was not EXACTLY parallel to the other one, on the final inspection it was corrected, the value of knowing things are done A to Z without need to intervein is not something I am used to any more. Here was asked a few questions at the initial conversation and it seemed to bee all the was needed to get the plans, permit, installation and the final county inspection. all the work was done very clean and the site was left with nothing for me to clean after the job was completed. The company was extremely responsive and listened to my request to pull in the installation if possible. and to top it off every milestone was met on the original schedule. Highly recommended.

I have used Connected Technology for several power saving projects including solar panels. This week the team installed a Tesla PowerWall and a SPAN panel. Tim, Lance and Daniel handled this project with amazing expertise. They were a pleasure to have on site. The install was neatly completed and most hardware is securely installed behind the side yard fence. On this small house placement of hardware took more thought and planning. They came up with a plan that is esthetically pleasing. Now my home is totally power-independent. I recommend Connected Technology and would definitely use them again.

Fast. Friendly. Honest. Professional. Connected-Technology is number 1 in the solar industry! Bill is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain every component in intricate detail. He answered all of our questions, offered practical advice and kept our concerns in mind while designing a system that truly met our needs. I have no doubt our new solar system will reduce our electrical cost for years to come. Plus installation was neat and tidy. This was truly an awesome experience thanks to the friendly staff at Connected-Technology!!

Wow!...is all I can say. We had several estimators come tell us we had to rip out the drywall, and hire a drywall person to patch afterwards. That sounded way more involved than we wanted, just to add two outlets in our bathroom. Bill took his time, reviewed the job, and was able to do exactly what we wanted without any drywall damage. What a professional. Oh, watch out for his deadpan wit!
Excellent communication and customer service right from the start. They made sure I was informed every step of the way. All my questions were answered and the installation of my Tesla Wall Charger was professionally done. Before any work was started, Bill confirmed how he proposed to do it (location of Wall Charger, conduit, etc). His prices are very competitive. I almost went with a different company at the recommendation of a friend, but all that company was, was expensive. Go ahead and shop around off the Tesla recommended installers, Bill will give you the best service, a fair price and excellent quality.
